annoying your fp
anyone else rlly struggle when it seems like they might've annoyed their fp? cuz wow i'm rlly goin through it rn.
i've been mostly stable for awhile, esp with my fp. i can't even say i feel the same as i would've a few weeks ago with them just bc my meds rlly help muffle things, but i still feel sad.
context is that we've been trying to see obsession in theaters, and i asked them if they wanted to finally see it this week. they work weekdays and i sometimes drop in on them to hang out (they work at a comic shop and their boss likes me, so it's chill). the plan i proposed was going to the theater after their shift, which i like doing anyway because the theater there is rlly cool.
anyway, i asked them if they had a time they preferred me to drive up just bc i hate being a bother + they might need to focus at work, and they just went "mmm we can brainstorm tmr."
listen. i KNOW i'm being absolutely ridiculous and reading into things too deeply. hell, i have told so many people on here and in real life that we shouldn't attach meaning to other peoples' messages when they haven't said as much. it rlly is easier said than done, every time. i'm sure they're just tired from their shift, but i'm always scared of annoying them or scaring them off for just talking to them. all i could see from that message was "IM TIRED LEAVE ME ALONE STOP ASKING ME QUESTIONS."
how do you guys handle this? i have my own methods ofc and i'm aware my thoughts aren't based in reality, but maybe hearing what others do will help.
