AB9 Y Axis has strange detent

On my AB9, there is a strange detent on the Y Axis. It happens at about Y 23300 and happens on all profiles and also happen when I put all the basic settings down to 0%, and also happens every time I turn it on in the same place.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Are there any fixes.
