The entire argument they make is "CTE deactivates his CT, yuta win" when we already know Kenny has some sort of binding vows surrounding the usage of his ct, hence why the stitches don't heal, and his CT stays active after domain burnout, Kenny was also alive during the time angel was

So why are we assuming that Kenny doesn't have a binding vow to keep his technique active even through a CT like CTE

It's all just speculation on wether Kenny would be affected or not, so it's a dumb win con for yuta since there is no solid ground
