Scooter for a short 5'1 person

Hi , I’m looking to buy a scooter and I’d appreciate advice. Initially, the Segway Ninebot Max G2 seemed nice. However, I’m concerned about height issues . I've read that it would be ideal to have an ergonomic height for my height especially if I'm doing long distance.

• Performance: I don’t care for fast speeds, I just want a smooth ride that can manage moderate neighborhood hills, primarily paved roads.
• Weight/Portability: I do not mind. However, one thing that confuses me is why no scooter designs have telescoping height-adjustable handlebars. As a 5'1'' person, it is quite difficult to find a good one with my ideal height.
