Why has MSM only revealed the chances for breeding single Ethereals at 1% and no other monsters?

This has been a question of mine for a while, and I wonder what the chances are for everything else like quads, primordials, workshop monsters, etc. Surely they would know right? I'd like to see how truly rigged the spin wheel and hype thing are
