Why does my BT feels different vs the Hybrid

I just got a BT in black, and I have a Hybrid ( non type-s) - the BT sounds and feels a little different when typing. Not sure if it's using a different Topre switch or plastic material, but it feels a lot "crispier".

Any other experiences like these?
