How the fuck do I deal with this?

This is kind of niche. But I'm from Venezuela, of one of the places that was fucked up by the earthquake and I lost my four best friends on the fallen buildings and I have been feeling more dead than alive and I don't know what I will do with my life. I just feel so hopeless
