Sudden hair change (miniaturization)?

Im a 23M. A few days ago my hair suddenly became thin. Not just at the front but throughout my scalp. I haven’t experienced abnormal shedding and my hair doesn’t really come out when I pull on it. The hairs are just thinner and stand up more straight, so that my scalp is more visible. I haven’t experienced hair loss yet. What could this be? This began after I masturbated 6 times in a day at home bc I was bored (sorry for the bluntness). Could this have put a lot of stress on my body? or could it be from the rising summer weather and I am sweating more. maybe I am overwashing my hair with shampoo. Please let me know! any help would be greatly appreciate!
