Help With Water Bill and Getting Cats Spayed and Neutered

Hi everyone, my name is Alfred. I’m going through a really difficult situation and I’m asking for help.
Over the past year, I’ve fallen behind on my bills after dealing with illness. I was managing to stay afloat for a while, but getting sick again recently pushed me into a place where I can’t recover on my own right now.
The biggest issue I’m facing is my water bill. My water has been shut off for over a year, and the balance is now over $5,000. Getting this restored is my main priority so I can regain basic stability and take care of daily needs again.
On top of that, I’ve been caring for my cats, and they’ve had over four litters of kittens. It’s been overwhelming financially, but I’ve done my best to care for them. Part of any help received would also go toward getting my cats spayed and neutered so I can prevent more litters and better manage their care going forward.
I’m not asking lightly, but I truly need support to get back on my feet.
