What flashlight purchase did you make and then regret/dislike?

I recently purchased a Wurkkos HD20. I saw good things, read some reviews including the one here and now that I have it. Im just not a fan, the headlamp strap is junk. It is much heavier than expected (my fault not the lights I should have paid better attention to the specs).

So it made me wonder, who else has bought a good light and then been disappointed in it?
