Is there a way to Mod Gale in if you killed him in the beginning portal?

It's been a while since I've played. I like to always play Durge experimenting with stuff. When meeting Gale I went with "fantasize with chopping his hand off". I though it would be only your imagination, maybe a roll to resist, but, alas, no. Last save was too long, also, always Honor Mode, so I decided to go with it. But I'm really missing the guy in the party.

So, is there a way to mod him back in? Console Commands, Script Extender, etc.?
