I just want to chase the sun for the rest of my life.

This is my first post, so bare with me 😩 also im not sure where to post it.. if you know where lmk!!!

I'm an 18 y/o girl finishing off secondary school now. I'm polish, but all my life, I've lived in ireland, and i absolutely despise it. The summers are decent enough, but the weather really gets to me.. not to mention the cost of living!! My mother wants to move back to poland in a little over a years time but she wants to save and finish her 10 years of work to get her pension first. Originally I wanted to work a year in Ireland and afterwards move to Poland for uni, but not only do i not know what to do, i dont think i want to settle down for a singular place.

I love travelling and always feel like I dont have enough time in a single place. I wish i could spend a years time in every country.. if not more. But how??

I have 50k euro saved, no car, no payments as of right now. I guess im just asking for guidance on what to do.. with the money and with my life. Ive heard of index funds but im not sure if thats the way to go about it.. was also thinking of buying an apartment in poland and renting it out until i need it, but the income from that wouldnt be the best..
