Prescribed zepbound but scared when to take it. How to time it with work / life?

I’m so scared of the side effects when starting my zepbound. I work in healthcare and work night shifts. Is it reasonable to do it (first dose ever) 12 hrs before my shift? Or should i take it when i have long weekend off - which wont be for like another 3 weeks)
