Can I secure a job with amc 1 and oet considering that i will put all money I saved for this ?

Hello guys,
I finished 2 years internship program, I am considering Germany and Australia at the moment.

I heard that Germany has better chances for work and that you can switch easily if you spent some time in a specific specialty thats why it appeals to me more as I am actually interested in anesthesia and surgery but my i will have to spend one year at least learning the language so I decided I might give Australia a chance since it will save me some time and if failed I will change to Germany but it will cost me more time as i will start making money again from scratch during my residency years in my home country.

I am supposed to start my residency one and half years from now as there is something like a mandatory service as a gp for one year
So my question is shall I go for it or be on the safe side , collect some more money for the blocked account and go for Germany ?

Note: I like most of Medical specialties and can adapt to any of them, my goal is to get a decent residency program from any of those countries so my interests don’t really matter as long as I will guarantee this.
