Anyone try using red lentils yet?

When I bought my first Creami this past Sunday (yesterday!) inspired by learning about this sub the day prior, I also picked up a package of dried red lentils to try.

I had saved the viral/infamous chocolate-kidney bean recipe & officially my first Creami in the freezer right now is a strawberry-kidney bean recipe also from this sub.

I searched the sub before making this post. One person was planning to try using red lentils. Anyone taken the leap yet?
