In home pet sitter. 🐕

Houston area; what is the going rate for in home pet sitter (overnight etc)? And are there hours of the time rates? I am pay a set fee per day regardless of what time of day they arrive or day they leave. (Say they arrive at 5 pm Friday and leave at noon on Sunday)
Just curious on how others pay their rates. Thanks
