Help with my HoAg build

Can someone tell me why this build feels sooo bad, specially in the defence side?

I have a mess with my defences, I have armor+es in some pieces and armor+eva in the other (mostly to fix the tons of dex required)

Im almost block capped but not my spell block (no idea if it is that necessary)

Im res caped and even over caped but idk im just getting oneshotted hu t17 bossess.

My damage is not that bad but ofc it can be improved. I know im missing (and have kinda a mess) clusters but my main prior rn is to fix my defences so I hope you guys can help me
