How do I (F25) end it with my friend (F30)?

I recently learned from a now ex-friend (M30) that she did some pretty horrible things to him. He’s decided to distance himself from me because he believes I enabled her, when I genuinely had no idea any of this was going on. I’m heartbroken and disgusted, and I want to end my friendship with this woman.

All this news broke today so I’m still trying to process it all. I just moved to a city 6 hours away from where my friend group lives so driving down to speak in person just isn’t possible. I know I need to end it with her. I have to process my feelings first, but what can I do once that period is over? It will probably be over text because I don’t have the strength to actually speak to her, I falter very easily. I’m so shattered from this because we’ve known each other over 5 years, as did the ex-friend. I was literally texting her memes earlier before ex-friend told me everything. The friend group was my rock for a long time, and it’s all shattered because of this.

I’m not doubting my ex-friend, either. As painful as it is and as hurt as I am that he’s ended our friendship, I believe him 100% that he was hurt by her. I just want advice on how to go about ending my friendship with this woman as cleanly as possible.
