Is there any risk in buying the Chinese version of the OnePlus 15 via AliExpress

Is there any difference?

The listing I saw was verified by AliExpress and also stated that it would come with OxygenOS pre-installed; the SIM card isn't an issue since I use a nano-SIM anyway
The price is also incredible, because even with taxes and shipping, it's $300 less than in my country.
