🦇 r/GothMisfits is looking for moderators 🦇
Hey everyone! As this community starts to grow, I’d love to bring a few thoughtful, reliable people onto the mod team.

I’m looking for people who care about keeping this space welcoming, creative, respectful, and rooted in goth culture without turning it into a gatekeeping dungeon.

Ideal mods should be:
• Kind and level-headed.
• Active or willing to check in regularly.
• Respectful toward newcomers (baby bats) and longtime goths alike.
• Comfortable helping enforce rules fairly.
• Interested in goth music, fashion, art, literature, or alternative culture.
• Against harassment, bigotry, spam, and elitist behavior.

You do not need to be an encyclopedia of goth history to apply. I care more about fairness, patience, and community spirit than perfect knowledge.

If you’re interested, please comment below or send me a message with:

- Why you’d like to help moderate r/GothMisfits?
- Any mod experience you have, if any.
- What goth music, art, fashion, or culture means to you.
- How you would handle disagreements or gatekeeping in the community.

Thank you to everyone helping make this place feel like home. 🖤
