Jigsaws as a customizable art medium.

Hi. I'm really sorry if this is a thing already, or if this is a stupid idea. But I had a silly idea watching a YouTube crafter (The Stitchery) make her own jigsaw puzzle art piece.

Is it possible to have multiple colors in the same pattern cut that you can then mix and match to make your own top pattern, like a mosaic or funny shaped pixel art?

If so, where might I find these? Or are there "upload your own picture" puzzle companies that allow you to pick the cut (unless all their puzzles are already the same cut?)
