The piercing was done on June 7th so 22 days old.  
•	⁠The jewelry shape (barbell, labret, screw, L shape, ring), the material, and threading type if not a ring.  
I’m gonna be honest I’m not sure it’s like an L shape but with an extra bend? I know it is implant grade titanium. I got them done at the same piercer I’ve gone to for all of my piercings so honestly I just let her pick what goes in me since she’s pierced me literally since I was 7 years old and I’ve never had an issue with any piercing she’s given me.

It hasn’t been downsized  
•	⁠Describe your aftercare routine, including the exact products you use.  
I just use a generic saline wound wash, clean it twice a day and do my best not to touch it otherwise. If there’s a lot of crust in the middle of the day I’ll clean it again. Basically same way I’ve healed all my other piercings (Medusa, snakebites, side labret, tongue, septum, eyebrow, lobes- also stretched previously but I let them shrink, second lobes, two retired helixes, bellybutton, and VCH- also stretched but only to a 12). Never had any kind of issue with bumps except for one on my Medusa but it went away after a couple days.  
•	⁠Any recent unfortunate events  
I know I snagged the right one (first picture) on a shirt once. That one did get a bump first. I think I may have snagged them on my pillowcase? I’m not sure because I was sleeping obviously but when I woke up both of them were bleeding and later that day is when I noticed the bump on my second one (left side, second picture)

The bumps have been there for about four days now. I guess I’m just not sure what to do because I’ve never had any issue with any piercings honestly.

What do I do about these bumps on my nostrils?
