I'm afraid I'm too average/not good enough to get into a pre-med track and apply for med school. Is medicine really the end all be all?

Application Question

I personally feel insecure about my grades so I won't be sharing them (they're not too low, they're just super low for me and I know I could've done better with studying or time management). But I don't think I'm a bad student. If I just put in more focus and effort then I'm able to get things done. So I know choosing a pre-med track and eventually get to med school is a huge commitment on its own. It's not that I don't really want to go, but my main motivation is simple centered around everyone in my life counting on me to become a doctor, mostly my parents. I am certain I want to double major in psychology and neuroscience to have more versatility in skills if I ever need to get a job, but I don't know tbh. I've heard neuroscience is practically useless if you're not getting into the medical field, and pursuing medicine is probably the closest collegiate and work field that aligns with my interests. I've been stuck with this personal dilemna ever since the start of Junior year and I'm currently a rising Senior while typing all of this.
