IDR repayment schedule change notice is wild

I am a widowed elementary school counselor with two dependents. I am about half way through meeting PSLF requirements. I filled out my IDR application recently and received a notice of repayment schedule change - and it seems pretty wild to me. It states that my next 15 payments will be $0 but then in November of 2027, I will have 31 payments that will be $3,102.58 EACH. Um, what? Clearly, it has to be a mistake but do I worry about addressing it now or next year when it’s time to re-certify?
I swear, everything this administration touches just seems to be a shit show….
