Stress triggers nerve pain.

I'm now a year and a half out from my initial shingles outbreak at 41. Rash was down my entire right arm. I was in debilitating pain for about 5 months. Lucky at around the 5 month mark I managed to ween myself off of gabapentin and am almost entirely pain free. I say almost because after a year and a half I've realized the high stress can cause the nerve pain in my arm to flare up again. Nothing debilitating but definitely noticeable. Has anyone else experienced this?
