Having another problem

I think its just me because I don't see anyone else talking about this but for some reason, the website keeps saying unauthorized when I log into it, my account is there, but it's like it isn't registered. The website bug I'm getting is cureently affecting the app on my device, saying "Not in profile" or something, it's getting annoying. I'm starting to believe the new UI completely trashed the website and app for me, the app barely works.
