CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX GHOSTING ON DISPLAY !

i got a gaming laptop a couple of months ago and havent really used it till recently and noticed a lot of ghosting when moving tabs around or even just my cursor.

ive tried looking for panel overdrive settings in the armory crate app, Ghelper and windows settings and i still cant figure it out.

any suggestions would be appreciated !
