Gift for friend - Fat chocobo mount?

Hey all, apologies ahead of time as I am still new to using mogstation and not familiar at all with gifting whatsoever as I have never done so on the website. As the title says, I want to surprise my friend in gifting them a fat chocobo mount as they have been wanting one for a while now! I tried doing research or check mogstation to see if maybe it was possible to buy separately, but all I got was either buy the arr collectors edition or something about possible in getting it by getting around 3k player commendations.

Does anyone know a way to buy and gift this mount separately or is there not any other way? I saw there was an "upgrade edition" on the mogstation which includes that mount in the arr one, but I don't know if I can even gift that to a friend... Assuming it's only possible to do on their own account. Would appreciate any help or clarification about this! Thanks!
