Leads and hours

Attention Leads and Former Leads. I have a question but first my story. After I departed from target I seen my position posted on targets site and it was a part-time position(witch I think is crazy for a team lead for your store) and the pay was crazy high. 25-32/hr when I got promoted it was +4 from my team member rate. 16/hr is for tms at that store. I was at 17.25. anyone else think this is crazy or just me?
