Looking for a flat in Andheri East, with single or double occupancy, preferably near Aqua Line Metro

Hey, I'm going to be moving to Mumbai for an employment opportunity in the SEEPZ Area. I've been told by my seniors in the company that PGs are generally not well run and tend to be overpriced. I would like to find a flat with room for myself and perhaps even a colleague who is looking.

📍Areas that are preferred:

• Andheri East
• Marol
• JB Nagar
• Chakala
• MIDC
• Ghatkopar West
• Vile Parle

Obviously, connectivity to the Metro (esp. Aqua Line) is an important consideration.

Other preferences:

Semi/Fully Furnished

No brokerage as far as possible

About me: Working guy in tech. Non-judgemental, easy-going and respectful of privacy and others' lifestyle habits. Personal space & commitment to hygiene & cleanliness are non-negotiables.

Looking for a clean, well-maintained place with chill flatmates and easy commuting.

While I'm currently looking with another colleague, if the price is right I'd be fine to move in if there's room for only one.
