DODMERB Down?

I'm joining AFROTC as a sophomore this upcoming semester, so I wanted to start the DODMERB early, and I reached out to the ROTC commander about starting it last week. I still haven't received an email back from DODMERB, so I reached out to my commander, and he said DODMERB/DODMETS is down for the next few weeks. Can anyone else confirm that?
