I had a even more interesting idea

What if horses had defects? Basically every 1 in 10 horses would have a defect, i kinda have a list for this

Hearing loss, less whistle range

Wants death, makes them walk towards hostile animals

Wants to kill, makes them attack nearby npc's

Illegal, makes you wanted if seen by lawmen

Bumrush, takes no damage from collisions but will purposely collide with horses

Jumper, will jump 75% higher but when it bucks you off you will get flinged

Afraid of you, will run from you when you tell it to stay or follow

Cholera (exclusive to horses in armadillo) worse stats, cores drain faster, killing them gives lots of honor instead of losing honor

And yeah thats my list of defects horses could have
