Grand Powers vs Hotel de Sers

After rethinking a booking at Renaissance, I’m down to a balcony room at Grand Powers or the same at Hotel de Sers. They’re both actually slightly cheaper than Renaissance AdT - go figure. Anyone familiar with Grand Powers or de Sers?

Different vibes but both get great reviews. De Sers is 30 sq m vs 23 at Powers which might make a difference for 7 nights. The aesthetic at Powers seems more my speed but the room at de Sers is a bit bigger, also looks very nice and I read that their balconies are much bigger. However, Grand Powers gets 1 Key from Michelin. 😵‍💫
