Would a community movie screening with BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze) work in Jabalpur?

Hey everyone,

A couple of friends and I have been tossing around an idea, and I wanted to get some honest opinions.

We’re thinking of hosting small community movie screenings for cult classics and fan-favorite films. Nothing like a regular multiplex just a cozy venue with a projector, great sound, comfortable seating, and a bunch of people who genuinely love movies.

The concept is simple: BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze), some snacks, and a great film. We’d love to create a relaxed space where people can watch iconic movies, meet fellow cinephiles, and just have a good time.

I’m curious:

Do you think something like this would work in Jabalpur?

Is there a community here that would actually show up for events like this?

If tickets were reasonably priced just to cover the venue and setup costs, would you be interested?

What would make an event like this worth attending for you?

Just trying to gauge if there’s a demand before we invest time and money into making it happen.

Would love to hear your thoughts!
