4 years in a sexless relationship , need advice

I (M27) am dating someone who is three years older than me.
We started as university classmates abroad, and things gradually progressed into a committed relationship. We even lived together for almost a year.
At one point, I expressed that I wasn’t satisfied physically. She kept avoiding the conversation, but eventually opened up and told me she was a virgin. I was patient with her, and we tried to have sex multiple times, but it just wasn’t happening because she couldn’t tolerate the pain.
After a while, I got frustrated and asked her to get it checked at a clinic. That led to friction between us. Despite everything, we loved each other deeply—or maybe we had just become very comfortable with each other—so the relationship continued.
After about two years, I moved back to India to start a business. I made that decision because, although I didn’t want to admit it, I was becoming increasingly unhappy with the situation. I feared I would eventually lose my peace of mind if nothing changed.
Long story short, now its the 4th year, she finally got herself checked and was diagnosed with vaginismus. She’s now receiving treatment.
During those years apart, I think I developed a mild porn addiction, which I’m actively trying to overcome.
We’re still in touch, and I’m still deeply in love with her. But the thought of my prime years slipping away makes me anxious, and sometimes I find myself feeling resentful toward her. At the same time, she’s reached an age where her parents are asking her about marriage and expecting answers.
I genuinely don’t know what to do.
Has anyone been through something similar? Any advice would be appreciated
