Recent haul review: some shoes, jerseys, and essentials

Just finished sorting through a decent haul that arrived this week. Nothing too crazy, just grabbed a mix of things for the summer.

Soccer Jerseys (Argentina, Mexico, Portugal, Barca)

Grabbed a few of these to wear with the boys for our weekend watch parties. The patches and namesets look really solid, but just a heads up if you're picky: the 2022 Argentina home kit has a tiny bit of misalignment on the collar stitching, and the 10/11 Barca shirt had a stray thread on the crest embroidery. Nothing a pair of scissors couldn't fix, and honestly, they look great on pitch or at the pub.

TS AJ1 Low (FK batch)

Finally picked up the FK pair. Honestly, the suede movement is better than I expected for this batch, it actually has that nice "alive" look to it when you brush it. The reverse swoosh placement is solid, and I haven't noticed any weird glue stains on the midsole. The fit is pretty standard for a Jordan 1 Low, so I went with my usual size and it's spot on.

FOG Essentials Shorts

Picked these up for the gym and lounging around. The material is thick and feels durable, not that thin cheap cotton you sometimes get. The flocking on the logo looks clean and hasn't cracked after a wash. I sized down one because I prefer a slightly shorter fit, and they sit just above the knee perfectly.

BAPE Navy Tee

The print on this one is surprisingly sharp, the colors are vibrant and don't look muddy at all. The collar is nice and tight, doesn't feel like it's going to stretch out after one wear. The cotton is decent, feels breathable enough for summer, and the sizing is pretty standard, definitely not as boxy as some other oversized brands.

Quick thoughts on the rest of the stuff:

AJ4 White Cement (KZ batch): These KZ AJ4s were a nice surprise. The leather quality is solid and the speckling on the heel is spot on; they look legit enough for casual wear.

Gallery Dept. Shorts: These feel really sturdy. The fit is great and they have that authentic vibe—perfect for throwing on when you're heading out.

Corteiz Cargo Shorts: Since the cargo trend is back, these are a solid pickup. The pocket placement is correct and the length sits just right without feeling baggy.

Supreme AF1 (OG batch): These are a classic for a reason. I got them as beaters for daily wear, so I don't have to stress about messing them up. Great value.

LV Cyclone Sunglasses: These add a nice flex to any fit. The frames feel surprisingly stable and don't have that cheap, plasticky feel.

Nike Socks: Just picked these up to fill out the haul. They're a bit thick for deep summer heat, but they're perfect for rocking with Jordans.

Overall, pretty happy with how everything turned out. Let me know if you have any questions about the sizing or anything else.
