Resignation (final pay)

Resigned last month. Last working day was May 29

June passed by and hindi parin daw signed yung clearance form ko by the heads. According to HR mag sstart lang daw yung payment processing mismo once signed na ng heads.

New to this as fresh grad lang ako last year. Is this the usual method talaga? Or pwede na ako mag follow up since it has been a month already since i resigned?
