Looking for best way to pay down student loan with Direct Loan interest rate reduction for the next two years.

Planning

Currently, my student Direct Loans on auto pay are allowed a 1% interest rate reduction for the next two years until 2028. I currently have 4 student loans remaining at current rates with interest rate reduction at 3.3%, 4.3%, 3.3%, and 4.28%. The amount left spread across the 4 remaining loans is ball park range of something buying a Nissan GTR or Porsche 911 without being specific. Currently loan paying method is paying down highest interest loan in the lot.

Other than paying down loan monthly. I am looking for methods utilizing any available tool whether it be investing in high yield savings for the next two years to build a position to pay down the loan. Currently, I am split between utilizing funds like VOO, high yield accounts, or return of capital funds. I'm aware generally use high yield accounts if there is plan to use cash within 5 year period for house down payment. I assessed the benefits of the current unchecked market growth in index fund like VOO outweighs risk for market crash. We're constantly tossing money into S&P500 benchmarked 401k portfolios when markets go red for a week or month. We'll still be tossing money into the 401k when the market crashes.
