Help I'm stuck in a login loop

Ok, so I have been unable to sign into my discord account on my computer or varify my phone number on my phone for MONTHS now because I dont remember my password or have i writen down or saved anywhere. so i tried changing it. but i need the origonal password, which i dont have, then i need the varification, which it never lets me do, then the only other option i have is the backup code, but i need my password to access those. so it ends up in a loop; i want to log into discord on my computer, i dont have my password, two-step varification doesnt work, my backup codes are locked behind my password, which i dont have and cant change!!

even trying to create a new account out of desperation leads to NEVER ENDING CAPTCHAS

Please help!!
