Weird migraine

I keep having this migraine , where my nose and eye are waterty on one side, then it feels like i have a hair in my eye, and i feel so Dizzy , but the aura and pain never come, i have nassea, and go to the toilet like 10 times a day to pee. Is this considered a silent migraine
