Sorry for the terrible photo, had to show off the pool lol

Brought the H6 Essential in glossy night blue on a longer trip recently. Figured I'd give an honest writeup since there's not a ton of content out there for this specific size and colorway.

This is the medium check-in, 64 cm range, 61 litres. Good size for trips around a week to ten days without overpacking (imo). Empty weight is reasonable for a hard shell check-in at this size, the Essential line starts from 2.9 kg.

The night blue glossy finish looks excellent, deep colour, catches light nicely by the pool. Realistically though, glossy finishes show scratches and scuffs faster than matte, this is consistent across pretty much every review you'll find for the glossy colourways, not specific to night blue. Mine has already picked up a few marks from baggage handling, nothing major but worth setting expectations as all glossy suitcases regardless brand will have those characteristics.

Interior is the standard Essential layout, two dual zippered mesh dividers, nothing fancy but it works. TSA combination lock built in, no issues there.

Wheels held up well across a few different airports and terrain types, smooth and quiet rolling throughout. Heat and humidity on this trip didn't cause any issues with the shell or zippers. I even overpacked on the way back and it held up well.

Lifetime warranty applies if registered within 30 days of purchase. Worth doing immediately, don't put it off.

Overall happy with it for this size of trip, would recommend to anyone looking for a solid bag. If you're deciding between matte and glossy, matte is the more practical choice if scratching bothers you, but if you want the look, glossy is worth it..
