Hi everyone, I am in an emergency situation in Bangalore. A nationalized bank is proceeding with a property e-auction this coming Wednesday (July 8) despite an active High Court stay order.

We fully complied with the court's condition and paid the required deposit on time, but our current lawyer failed to file the compliance memo with the registry. Now the bank is completely ignoring the stay. On top of this, our lawyer is charging exorbitant fees, and I need to change counsel immediately before Monday morning.
