Do people actually believe that Argentina has rigged the mundial?

I have been seeing to many posts on Instagram with people saying "how we will celebrate if Argentina losses" (I dont include the cape Verde memes, I am with cape Verde on the match today). And crying about how they have won unfairly, have paid the opposite goalkeepers, the refs, etc etc. Also about the last world cup I saw similar stuff, idk if people are being serious or not
