Been completing for over 2 weeks now

My past orders from PSA hasn’t been like this. Once the cards got graded and revealed, it went to the completing stage as usual. I thought the cards would be shipped within a week (5 to 7 days) from the completing stage, but my cards have been stuck in completing for over 2 weeks now (19 days now). Is this normal or should I do something about it. The cards are supposed to ship back to me.
