Need help getting Transcript, Provisional Certificate & Student Workload Document from CCSU

Hi everyone,

I am a student of G.L. Bajaj Institute of Management, Greater Noida, affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU), Meerut. I recently completed my BCA (Non-NEP, 2023–2026).

I am planning to apply for a Master's degree in Europe. The universities require my ECTS, but since my BCA follows the old percentage-based (Non-NEP) system, my university does not provide credit points or student workload/contact hours, which are required to calculate ECTS.

I have a few questions:

1. Does anyone know how I can obtain an official document showing the student workload/contact hours for the BCA (Non-NEP) programme from CCSU?

2. I also need my official transcript and provisional degree certificate. What is the process for obtaining these from CCSU? Which office should I visit, and what documents should I carry?

3. Has anyone from CCSU gone through a similar process for studying abroad?

Any guidance or personal experience would be greatly appreciated.
