Bond not in bond pouch

I used the osrs mobile app store and bought 3 bonds like i have a bunch before but this time i never received my bonds I got charged for them and have a receipt stating so. I messaged jagex w a picture of the invoice still waiting to hear back. And yes I bought osrs bonds not rs3. I've looked in my bonds pouch inventory bank and grand exchange and they aren't there. When I checked the first time I got someking of error message ive never seen before.
