I applied to the MSc Data Science and Machine Learning program at Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg for Winter 2026 intake.
My application was forwarded from Uni-Assist on May 22, and my current status in Uni-Assist still shows “Okay"
But I still haven’t received any email from the university (no admit, no reject, no waitlist).

is it a silent rejection? waitlist situation?
Should I still expect an answer?
I noticed many applicants have already received admission offers.
