Are the two ships originally slated for 4.9 (one from the Grey Market and Kruger's Stingray) till coming in 4.9, or only in 4.10?

Just to be clear, I think they should focus on fixing the issues, but we’ve been told and reminded time and again that the team producing ships and the team fixing bugs aren't even the same group, so I’m wondering if they’ll be delayed.

Besides, that Grey Market ship was supposed to be the main attraction for Pirate Week; furthermore, it would be a medium or light fighter, while the Stingray would be a heavy fighter, and those are the simplest types of ships, requiring no new or complex mechanics.

Anyway, I tried looking for information on this but couldn't find anything; does anyone know?
