Is Disney's Canadian Resident Ticket Offer enough to sway your travel plans?

I saw that Disney has brought back its Canadian Resident Ticket Offer, and I was wondering how much promotions like this actually influence people's vacation planning.

If you're Canadian, does a ticket discount make you more likely to book a trip, or are airfare, hotels, and the exchange rate still the deciding factors?

I'm curious whether this type of promotion genuinely changes travel plans or if it's simply a nice bonus for people who were already planning to visit.

Do you think a Canadians deal with come to Disneyland?
