Need help with estrogen patch residue

Whenever I take off one of my patches there's always leftover residue and black lining from lint and stuff that got stuck along the edges. The residue just gets embedded to my skin and I don't know how to get it off. I've tried pressing oil against it the break it down and then wiping, ice tried alcohol patches, nothing is working. What do I do?
